Our goal is to provide the very best product we can, at a competitive price and in a timely fashion. Communication and following our standard operating procedures will facilitate that end. 

Having said that, we must acknowledge the difference between standards and goals. Our goal is to meet or exceed customer expectations. However, expectations can be difficult to ascertain or document. Sometimes expectations are not realistic. On the other hand, standards are well documented and established by the CSLB and industry associations like the Marble Institute of America. Our guarantee is to meet or exceed industry standards. Our goal is to meet or exceed customer expectations. 

In order to insure an accurate and high quality job, we have established Standard Operating Procedures. Please follow the steps outlined here to help insure a quality product and a positive experience. 

The countertop process page of this website is intended to be a comprehensive representation of the process but not encyclopedic. Many details and what ifs that make up the process, all of which cannot be listed here. We have put this information together to better educate the end cusstomer. We hope that information means no homeowner ever has to ask, "why didn't anyone tell me that"?

The first thing you will notice about our process is the amount of photos we take. The template and installation crew will take photos before, during and after their work. We store photos on Evernote so that we can pull up a photo at anytime from anywhere as needed. Many of those photos have been used here to illustrate various issues.
